The hotel's excellent location near Istiklal Street and Sishane metro station is a major plus. The staff were supportive and accommodating, even offering a late check-out and room switch. The modern and clean bathrooms were a highlight, as was the balcony in our seventh-floor room. The reception staff were attentive and responsive to our needs, and there was a convenient market nearby for essentials.
